Welcome to Jam AI! By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Subscription Plans & Trials

• Plans Offered:

  • Weekly auto-renewing subscription

  • Monthly auto-renewing subscription

  • Annual auto-renewing subscription

• Pricing & Billing:

  • Prices appear in the App at the time of purchase.

  • All payments are processed through your Apple ID account.

• Free Trial:

  • A 7-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will auto-renew and your card will be charged.

• Auto-Renewal:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

2. Payment & Cancellation

• How to Purchase:

  • Tap “Subscribe” in the App Paywall.

  • Confirm via your Apple ID credentials.

• How to Cancel:

  • Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

  • Find “Jam AI” and tap Cancel Subscription.

• Refunds:

  • All charges are final.

  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies and applicable law.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

• Grant:

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Restrictions:

  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.

  • Do not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App or its content.

  • Do not use the App in a way that violates any laws or infringes on others’ rights.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, icons, text, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by Jam AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• You retain ownership of any data you contribute (e.g., your decks, cards, and learning progress), but we retain all rights in the App itself.

5. Privacy & Data

• Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• We collect:

  • Sign-in Data: Email and user identifier via Apple Sign-In.

  • Usage Data: Anonymous analytics to improve performance.

  • Learning Data: Your decks, flashcards, review history, and preferences.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• “As-Is” Basis: The App is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.

• Limitation of Liability:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jam AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

• Upon termination, your subscription (if any) will be canceled, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the term.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.

• If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
